Types of Heat Exchangers
Such types of heat exchanger are also called forced draft oil cooler. This is because the cooling in done by external fan. Here the oil is passed thru radiator & behind the radiator there will be fan which blows over the radiator thus cooling the oil. Radiators are made up of cooper tube with aluminum fins. Aluminum fins are bounded to the copper by expanding the cooper tube by high pressure water.
These are manufactured by using special braze welding.
We manufacture mini range & higher range air blast type of heat exchanger depending upon the capacity & application. We have designed & developed certain models considering the hydraulic system which are normally used in the industries. We also supply custom built design as per the customer's requirements. These types of heat exchangers are normally supplied with AC power supply. We also supply with DC power supply and with shaft driven pulley.
Main advantages of these cooler are
- No water is required for cooling. So can be used in remote places.
- Maintenance is less.
- Space required is less.
- can be moved from one place to other place.
Such air blast type heat exchangers are mainly used in cooling of hydraulic oil in drain line of hydraulic system.

2. Shell & Tube Type Heat exchangers
Such heat exchangers are made up of Mild steel Pipe called as shell& copper tubes are inserted in the shell. Oil is passed thru the shell & water thru the copper tubes. It is manufactured in such ways that there will not be mixing of oil with water. While water flows thru the copper tubes it carries heat from the oil which is circulating around the cooper tubes.
We manufacture for horizontal & vertical mounting type.
As a standard we manufacture units having tubes in copper. We also supply tubes in cupro nickel, stainless steel for different application such as corrosive & sea water application etc. We also supply stainless steel heat exchangers & custom built design as per the customer's requirements.
